Dr. Nicole Cheng is a certified specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics and focuses on the use of traditional braces, self-ligating braces, Invisalign and Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs). She is an Affiliate Member of the Edward H. Angle Society and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. 

She holds the privilege of being in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Honor Society, a unique distinction that represents the top of the dental profession. Dr. Cheng is the author of peer-reviewed manuscripts published in Molecular Immunology, AIDS, Journal of Bone and Mineral Research and Journal of the California Dental Association. She has received biomedical research grants from the Cleft Palate Foundation and the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation. She received the Craniofacial Biology Group Award at the 2008 IADR conference and the Charley Schultz Award at the 2014 American Association of Orthodontists Annual Session. Dr. Cheng believes in volunteering her time to give back to the local community and her alma mater. She has held positions as a part-time clinical faculty at UCLA and the Cleft Team at Providence Saint John’s Hospital in Santa Monica.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children and family. She strives to provide the highest level of care and will work closely with you to create a smile you can be proud of!
